Developed and managed multi-channel communications efforts for the UMKC Institute for Human Development, Missouri's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), one of 67 allied centers in the United States and Territories. As our center emerged as a leading organization in several research and practice sectors, I spearheaded efforts to establish our brand voice and strengthen brand integrity across all platforms, including digital, print, social and traditional media. I provided leadership, technical assistance, and ongoing communication skills development for our team of researchers and worked with external marketing and design pros to create digital, video, audio and print content. Under my watch, we began tracking engagement across various platforms in order to make data-driven decisions.
