Assist in maintaining a pipeline of raw materials to micro facilities. Inventory items:monitor the system for inventory control of all raw material and finished stock as it relates to data processing. Assist in identifying and resolving procedural problems with the raw material system. Preform weekly and monthly inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Develop and maintain a system for information transfers concerning raw materials and WIP usages. Participates as a key member of each month- end and year-end inventory process or as needed. Update and maintain material charts and graphs as needed for the warehouse group leader and supervisor. Shipping and Receiving clerk:Work closely with customer service to receive orders to be picked staged and shipped to our customers. Bring all incoming materials in to the facility, open each individual box and match the packing slip with the items received. Use data entry to put materials into the system and add them into inventory so they are ready for use. OSHA certified Forklift trainer:Responsible for training new employees how to safely and property operate a forklift. Training new employee entails watching video to understand the functionality of a forklift and the hazards that come with driving, following the video we have a physical driving test and verbally talk about the lift while looking at it so have a better understanding of the piece of equipment.
