Inventory Administrator
CurrentResponsible for the inventory control of raw materials and finished goods. Verifies accuracy of inventories at all locations, Review and enforces F.I.F.O. practices in all locations. Responsible for accurate data input into the System.Procurement of materials:Order preparing, Follow-up on order status, reconciliation of problems with an order, data entry, processing paperwork.Receiving packing lists into the system and monitor all outstanding raw purchase orders.Assist in maintaining a pipeline of raw materials to micro facilities.Inventory items: Monitor the system for inventory control of all raw materials and finished stock as it relates to data processing.Assists in identifying and resolving procedural problems with the raw material system.Preform weekly and monthly inventory of raw materials and finished goods.Develop and maintain a system for information transfers concerning raw materials and WIP usage.Participate as a key member of each month-end and year-end inventory process or as needed.Update and maintain material charts and graphs as needed by the Warehouse Group Leader or the Supervisor.Other duties and responsibilities will include preforming the duties of the shipping and receiving clerk as needed.
