Experienced educator with a demonstrated history of working in primary/secondary education. Skilled in Self-management, Communication, Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Implementation. I consult with education companies and school districts, educators, and former educators to help scale their impact and increase revenue. I am passionate about using my skills to develop consulting relationships where I help attract and generate leads, create educational content to support your curriculum, align curriculum to state standards, and help you build awareness using high impact strategies . I am strategic about aligning myself to missions and values that align with my personal value and beliefs. This type of relationship building has allowed me to build an extensive network where I can connect education companies to schools that would already have buy-in to the mission. I analyze the needs of schools and educators to best understand what services or products are most beneficial to their students. Keeping diversity and equity at the center of my decision making process is key to ensuring my impact is maximized. I have taught using the Culturally Responsive Teaching practice (CRT). I have served and worked with communities and their children from each socioeconomic class and a diverse background of races. Understanding that each community comes with it's own needs is the mindset that allows me to have an equitable approach in my practices. I’ve built a career that blends empathy, cultural awareness, and a relentless pursuit of unity, equity, and accountability. I connect deeply with people who are different from me, helping them find their strengths and potential while fostering environments where diverse teams can thrive and achieve shared goals.As a youth mental health advocate and consultant, I craft innovative solutions to pilot new programs and departments in education.
