Current- Responsible for supporting Human Resources
- Utilize excellent telephone communication skills, including strong listening and comprehensive skills
- Manage human resource policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas
- Assist employees, managers, and third party vendors with benefit and payroll inquires via email and telephone
- Enter all incoming inquiries by utilizing the case management system Siebel
- Facilitate New Hire Orientations; collecting and verifying I9 and citizenship documentation for new hires
