I am 33 years old and have been in education for 12 years. I have worked with some pretty amazing teachers, schools, and students throughout my career. I am a certified General Education teacher grades K-6; and a certified Special Education teacher N-21. I currently hold a Bachelor's Degree, but am only 2 courses away from completing my Masters in Education. Being a special education teacher for years, has taught me how important it is to be organized. IEPs and case managing is a ton of work, on top of the actual teaching, itself. Organization has been essential in my teaching career. Since starting a family, I am looking for a change. I have experience with all Microsoft Programs, TEAMS, Google, Drive, and Apple/Mac. I am comfortable with technology and social media platforms. I have worked in an orthodontist office before where I was responsible for phones, schedules, filing, insurance, and also just the everyday management of the office. I worked in a YMCA for a few years as a front desk receptionist. There, I gave tours of the facility, scheduled swim lessons and summer campers, took payments, and answered phones. I consider myself outgoing and personable. Anyone who knows me would agree. I am a planner and have wonderful organizational skills. The little details are important to me. I am proactive and enjoy working with others.
