Running front desk as a head hostess at a popular restaurant called Cactus Club Cafe I delegated tasks to fellow hostesses, tracked all customers waiting to be seated and tracked the status of tables seated. I managed to seat as coherently as possible to maximize earnings for Cactus Club Cafe and ensured customers remained content with short wait times. A high pace job rewarded workers with skills to maintain a professional behaviour under pressure. My leadership capabilities allowed me to gain the responsibility of training new recruitments. Atmosphere and mature co-workers helped add a level of sophistication to work traits and habits. Constant interaction with guests helped shape my people pleasing abilities.
