Caribbean Elective creates work experience and volunteering opportunities for young people in the Caribbean. We create all our programmes in collaboration with Caribbean communities and many of them help tackle some of the most significant societal challenges in the region.
We believe that empowered young people can make a huge difference in the world and we hope that our programmes define that.
We are a leading provider under the UK Governments Turing Scheme which provides funding to ensure that all students In the UK have access to international opportunities no matter their personal circumstances. We have worked with Schools, Colleges and Universities on the scheme and our work has been widely recognised, including coverage on the Turing Scheme website on three occasions.
We also hosted our first partner university from the USA in January 2021 and we are excited to continue our growth in this region over the coming years.
