As the co-founder of Caribbean Elective, I am passionate about creating life and career-changing opportunities for young people while supporting important causes in the Caribbean. Caribbean Elective is one of the UK's fastest-growing youth travel companies and a leader in purpose-driven travel, with a range of powerful and world-leading initiatives that create a real and lasting impact in Caribbean communities.We design and deliver unique and engaging programmes for Schools, Colleges and Universities that harness the natural talents, passion, creativity, and innovation of young people. We work in a wide range of subjects, Law, Politics, Mental Health, Business, Catering, Beauty, Sports, Music, Art, Animal Care, Environmental and Conservation. Many of the students who take part in our programmes are from disadvantaged backgrounds themselves and are supported by funding from the UK Government's Turing Scheme.Outside of leading Caribbean Elective, I also hold an Advisory Board Position at "The School of Innovation". This incredibly exciting project aims to create a new independent university that's designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills they’ll need to thrive in our rapidly changing world. I have always had a passion for reforming the education system, and I feel this project can finally create the solution, providing an education that truly empowers young people of all backgrounds for what their future holds. Finally, I am very proud to be an Ambassador of "The Change Foundation". An award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. Throughout the past 43 years, The Change Foundation has successfully delivered award-winning sports intervention programmes to vulnerable young people living in the UK and abroad.
