The program is aimed at primary caregivers and their children aged 0-5 who have been exposed to adverse childhood experiences and disrupted attachment. The families NESTS work with experience complex issues often stemming from intergenerational trauma. The program uses an eclectic tool box of trauma informed approaches, strategies and interventions which provides an experience of ‘felt safety’ for our families as well as helping them to find their ‘voice’.
