I have a variety of work experience over the past 18 years. I've worked in a call center atmosphere selling up to one hundred different products simultaneously. I was in the food and beverage industry for approximately ten years. I started off as a hostess, worked up to a food runner, expediter, server and bartender. I have worked for many restaurants and bars around the valley and enjoyed communicating and interacting with different types of people. I've managed an office where I handled all aspects of the daily operations including but not limited to training employees, processing orders and payments, proofing, scheduling consultations and installations, communicating with vendors, providing support to various departments in the field, payroll, 401K, new hire documentation, monitor company websites and review sites, among other responsibilities. As an accounting associate, I had several of the same duties as my previous position, however I added multi-state payroll, monthly accruals, year end reporting, workers comp, verification of employment, benefit setup, and garnishments. I've worked for OrePac Building Products in Phoenix as a Product Manager. I was responsible for ordering 21 different product lines to maintain adequate stock levels to service all customers, enter drop ship orders for direct customers, proof orders, manage product dates, delays, manage pricing model for my assigned categories, work with corporate supply chain, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, support inside and outside sales, and conduct maintenance in Epicor as needed, among other duties. I have since rejoined California Closets in the Accounting department as a Payroll Administrator.
