I am currently working in Process Automation on the Growth Marketing team in my third rotation of the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program within Siemens Digital Industries. I act as the growth marketing manager for the US chemical vertical working on creating and executing marketing plans including supporting trade shows, customer events, asset creation and distribution, and ROI calculations. In my second rotation I had the privilege of working in Digital Enterprise Services with the SITRAIN team. I was tasked with redesigning and finalizing the entire course offerings catalog which has been externally distributed for our sales teams and customers. During this rotation I gained valuable experience with Adobe programs including Acrobat and InDesign. In my first rotation I worked within Siemens' Factory Automation Business Unit and contributed significantly to our go-to-market strategy and responsibilities for our HMI Software, WinCC Unified PC. In addition to my rotational responsibilities I am actively in recruitment and participate in career fair and interviews every season. As a TMLDP intern with Siemens I worked within Siemens Motion Control facilitating marketing collateral creation. I also have experience working as an Amazon Area Manager Intern.I graduated with my B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University. I am extremely passionate about increasing diversity at the workplace and plan to be an active leader in the development of women in STEM programs, encouraging young girls to hold high expectations for their own STEM ambitions.
