• In this internship I actively participated in direct marketing and performed as a salesperson. My mornings included training and active learning of the principles of direct marketing. After I would conduct sales solo and my performance was reviewed daily. I learned about the different leadership roles in the business and was promoted to a Junior Executive position in my 4th week at the company.

• Appointed position in the marching band program of the University of Texas at San Antonio. My focus is on the visual aspect of marching and I often lead my section during marching sectionals. I learned how to act as a leader among peers and I strive to facilitate a positive learning environment throughout the season. I also assist in the organization and disbursement of equipment at the beginning of the semester and before performances.

• My responsibilities included managing and creating food overs, producing the food orders, maintaining a clean and fully stocked workstation. This taught me time management and preparation skills, I understood how to prepare for an efficient rush hour. I learned how to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding safe and quality food standards.
