Support the Electrical and Mechanical Branch, Combatant Craft Systems Design and Integration Branch, and the Finance team of Combatant Craft Division NAVSEA by performing project accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and workload analysis. Experience formulating budgets to support plans, programs or activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. Ensure effective financial performance by providing financial reports tracking contract-related expenditures and burn rate, utilizing SQL, Microsoft Query, SAP ERP and Cognos reporting. Play an integral role in budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with Project Managers. Create and maintain Network Activity funding lines to manage contract funding documentation, including spend down plans, outgoing funding, returned funding, receipt tracking, and allocations. Provide detailed monthly financial reporting to sponsors. Prepare outgoing funding document requests and provide financial support for acquisitions. Provide editorial and technical writing support for documents such as reports, statements of work, proposals, guides, processes, and email to include editing for grammar, style, and format.

Responsible for the departments analysis and tracking of financials for the branch head, project manager and departments employees. Responsible for schedule integration, spend plans and monthly financial reporting. Formatting and distribution of memos and technical reports. Administrative support, timekeeping and compilation of weekly management reports. Collecting work execution data, analyzing and making recommendations regarding the departments workload, and providing status and analysis of the code's extensive travel requirements. Responsible for compiling the code's notable bi-weekly accomplishments and upcoming milestones to be briefed to the Leadership Counsel. Use Navy ERP on a daily basis.
