Digital Marketing Manager
Current• In collaboration with the Director of eCommerce, implement the organization’s digital marketing strategy, and execute a range of ongoing enhancements to our customers’ digital experiences.• Build and execute multi-channel digital customer-centric journeys utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM and other solutions.• Collaborate with Marketing partners to implement tailored and connected customer experiences across key customer segments (horse owners, pet parents, veterinarians)• Create business requirements and monitor optimization projects with 3rd-party vendors to define appropriate project scope and deliverables.• Support eCommerce initiatives by prioritizing projects and sprints cross-functionally and conducting pre-and-post-launch testing• Create a range of documentation for vendors and in-house teams including wikis, SOPs, and business and functional requirements
