As a Business Analyst, I am responsible for working with technical project teams and with key stakeholders of the client to develop and manage the requirements of a project. Duties include demonstrating techniques for quickly learning business processes, eliciting requirements, and communicating to stakeholders the various types of requirements captured.

Responsible for on-site and virtual system and process conversion of Centex communities to PulteGroup communities for six regional Areas. Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to monitor and report progress, issues and risks related to tasks such as data gathering, mapping, conversion and validation. Anticipate potential issues and ensure timely mitigation plans are developed and reviewed.

Responsible for design and implementation of new nationwide department, National Purchasing Services. Led the successful transition of six regional areas from the Division/Area to National Purchasing Services. Created and managed the design and documentation of 50+ system and department processes, procedures and forms in accordance with Corporate standards using Microsoft Visio and Excel. Created and facilitated department wide training program for 30+ employees. Provided guidance to 300+ Purchasing professionals on overall system setup and maintenance and National Purchasing Services department processes and procedures.

Responsible for negotiating, creating and administering Trade Contractor contracts. Achieved over $10 million in house cost savings for the Division through Contractor negotiations, value engineering, specification, product and process changes. Worked with community teams (Construction, Sales and Customer Relations) to manage project specifications, Trade Contractors and the home building process. Participated in Operations team and worked with Director level associates to make decisions and implement changes across the Division. Led and facilitated the Purchasing department process improvement group, achieving Area wide efficiencies and standardized processes. Successfully managed relationships with Trade Partners in order to maintain best and most current pricing. Participated in national Purchasing Process Council in order to achieve standardized processes and procedures for all Pulte Divisions.

Led and facilitated Southwest Area implementation of custom Purchasing and Sales applications including business process analysis and modification, conversion, communication to all affected functional areas, data setup and audit, training and support. Achieved consolidation and replacement of decentralized systems and provided integration with Construction, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Relations, Finance, Marketing, Land and Trade Contractors. Performed current to future state analysis of a wide variety of business processes for various functional areas in order to propose and implement standards, best practices and changes. Facilitated efforts to establish, document, communicate and implement best practices across the Southwest Area and functional areas. Analyzed and designed changes and enhancements of system solutions to support business and process changes. Established relationships and maintained regular interface with Division leadership and subject matter experts in areas of business functional focus.

Participated in origination through implementation of custom Customer Service application including requirements gathering and definition, business process analysis and design, use case and functional specification documentation, Product Design Team facilitation, communication with Development Team, conversion validation, training, Division debriefs and support. Designed, developed and maintained documentation for reference by IT department and the business. Provided support to all internal users in over 40 Divisions throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Argentina. Created and conducted formal training programs for 300+ internal users.
