2018 - Created and delivered the Community Schools Classroom - a virtual 10 week onboarding program for new Community School Directors. Facilitated coaching sessions and developed planning tools to support implementation. 2016 - 2018 - Worked with the DOE's Office of Community Schools and NYC Center for Youth Employment to launch and scale the CareerCLUE program, a workforce development initiative where students learn about 21st Century jobs, earn an academic credit and financial stipend. Responsible for program management, operations, partnership coordination and strategic planning. Scaled from 3 to 17 schools. Collaborated with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development to implement the initiative citywide through the Summer Youth Employment Program.2016 - Helped lead strategy for DOE's response to the 21st Century Community Learning Schools grant competition; As a result, the Office of Community Schools secured $25M of new funding in over 15 district grants that provide after school programs in over 65 schools serving 108,000 students.
