-Elected as one of two chapter members to serve on the Junior Panhellenic Council Board for Indiana University alongside members from all PanHellenic chapters. -Discussed various issues facing Greek Life while deciding best actions to take in order to combat the serious issues. -Created a closer community amongst all four Greek councils by spreading awareness of each and informing all Greek Life members of upcoming events from all councils.

-Employed daily sourcing strategies for passive candidates through various recruiting platforms such as Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Hiretual to reach out to 20 potential candidates per day.-Conducted an average of 10 phone screens per week to gain information and assess the candidate’s background while gauging their interest in the open position.-Hired three candidates from passive sourcing efforts; two of which being diversity candidates.

Pizzazz on the Circle is a family owned restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. I worked at the front of the restaurant to greet and seat guests as well as work the cash register and answering phones. I took phone orders and placed them into the computer and packed up to-go orders when assigned.-Process customer payments through various methods, checking for validity while using high- tech. computer software.-Resolve guest complications in a fast- paced environment by remaining adaptable and respectful to all.-Deliver updated knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation methods to customers via telephone while simultaneously entering each order into the computer.

-Helped plan and execute the annual fundraiser by liaising with product vendors, securing sponsorships and donations, and organizing and recruiting volunteers, vendors, teams and sponsors for the day of the event.-Worked with the lead coordinator of marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns, posters, and strategies for promoting the fundraiser in the community.-Helped establish a program manual that included documentation and notes to allow for easy reproduction in future years.

-Assisted members while choosing outfits that showcased individualized style while meeting the uniform requirements of the chapter's appearance. -Supported the VP of Recruitment in approving all members' outfits, shoes, and accessories for each round. -Volunteered to undertake the responsibility of expediting each member's preparation for every round including hair, makeup, and accessories.

-Implemented visual merchandising and marketing initiatives throughout the boutique to meet daily goals.-Remained knowledgeable of current product lines and features in order to deliver up to date and personalizedinformation to guests.-Ensured elevated levels of customer satisfaction by following up with guests to execute sales and content with the company.

-Delegated and planned activities and programs for groups of up to 50 campers, improving communication methods and organizational leadership skills. -Resolved conflict between campers and staff members by providing reasonable solutions to prevent future escalation. -Communicated with professional staff to ensure that campers with significant disabilities were receiving proper care and accommodations.
