Work with the artist and the record label in the selection of sleeve photographers and graphic designers.- Marketing: Work with the artist and label to strategize radio, media and retail campaigns. Coordinate television appearances, radio performances, print campaigns, interviews and photo shoots worldwide while accompanying the artist. Select stylists, hair and make-up for all major appearances. Work with label and independent publicists to create effective marketing and press plans. Work directly with the artist in the selection of directors and treatments for music videos. - Touring: Oversee booking agents worldwide. Supervise tours from pre to post production. Direct tour and production managers on a constant basis. Assemble the artist’s touring band and dancers. Coordinate tour press with label and independent publicists. Set up all aspects of the artist’s major radio show appearances. - Legal: Work with the artist’s legal representation to help secure and maintain all levels of contract negotiations.
