Prepare and manage budget (income and expenses) and work plan (with timelines and deliverables) for the successful completion of assigned fundraising events, programs and activities.Maintain accurate and complete records and files for assigned fundraising events, programs and activities and routinely review the status of each with the Deputy Executive Director.Research and identify individuals, foundations and corporations that have potential to support CCFA. Prepare letters of inquiry, funding requests and other materials to solicit funds, schedule presentations and follow-up as appropriate. • Accompaniment of a victim through legal system after a crime • Knowledge of criminal justice system • Help clients through PFAs - Protection from Abuse (emergency and temporary)• Work in local magistrates with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes • Work with up to 50 clients in a week

• Work in Supportive housing with up to 15 persons served with Severe Mental Illness• Medication observation during specified times• Primary counselor to 2-3 persons served• Provide one-on-one time with needed issues

• Conduct weekly staff meetings with Resident Assistants.• Counsel students within the limits, referring students with academic, health, and personal problems to the Assistant Director or to another appropriate office.• Serve within an on-call duty rotation as a first, on-site responder following incident response protocol. • Assign sanctions for violations of the Student Conduct Code.

• Complete literary assessments with recently added students• Work with students who have dropped out or have been kicked out of school ages 16-21• Shadow program coordinator to learn how international program is run• Tutor individual students in a variety of school programs• Speak with individual students on a daily basis to understand difficulties at home that effect school
