Supervise and manage the delivery and evaluation of area-wide USO programs, services, activities and events throughout Mainland Japan. Monitor performance metrics and reports to align with USO Goals and Objectives. Develop, improve and maintain working relationships with US Military, Japanese Self Defense Forces, local business, and community leadership to support procurement and growth of financial and other in-kind resources necessary for area operations.Develop area/region-wide fundraising and public awareness plans that result in sustainable growth of sponsorships and other fundraising.
