Work alongside the HR Manager to provide human resources support to 100 employees spread across 5 states and six locations. Regular duties include benefit administration, investigating and processing workers compensation claims, recruitment, selection, new employee on-boarding, employee training, company safety implementation, monitoring time and attendance, payroll processing and compliance regulation (including state and federal labor laws, Department of Transportation regulations).

Responsible for efficient running of the practice, which included training new staff members, supervising junior receptionists on staff, triaging patients, providing first point of contact for complaints and assisting in the daily operations of the practice.

Address customer enquiries over the telephone and in person, greet patients, complete Medicare billing and private payments and attend to reception duties as directed by doctors and practice manager.
