• Responsible for providing leadership to up to 9 CMT team members (8 AO4 Assistant Project Officers) and 1 AO5 Project Officer • Undertaken extensive research and review of the CMT current business procedures to identify a holistic approach to improving our processes and implemented several improvements • Obtained a clear understanding of HR policy through directly dealing with staffing requirements• Oversaw the implementation of a brand new database system to the CMT which is able to cater for over 20 000 • High level of involvement in researching options for a new work model for the CMT and involvement in its initial implementation. • Conducting Performance Appraisal’s with team members and ensuring access to means for professional development. • Monitoring CMT members caseload and re-allocating candidates where required to ensure even distribution throughout the team. • Providing strategic direction for the CMT to ensure high level of service to districts and clients. • Ensuring the quality of work produced by the CMT is of high standard and facilitating meetings on ways to improve process. • Involved in co-ordinating physical relocation of team.

• Responsible for maintaining the current candidate management system to ensure the data is accurate and the system is able to be utilised efficiently. • Respond to and resolve any technical issues with the use of the current candidate management spreadsheets including cleansing the data contained within the spreadsheets. • Assist with training and ongoing support of new staff within the candidate management team to allow them to become familiar with the EOI team's processes. • Accurately obtain relevant data from a series of datasets and utilise pivot tables to create a series of reports including: the Work for Us Team Member status report, EOI Outcomes Reports and Data Snapshots to compare accuracy of data. • Liaise with the procurement and legal units in relation to contractual requirements for a new candidate management system. • Involvement in reviewing feedback received from legal units in relation to the development of the database contract and researching any additional information to ensure that the information is interpreted accurately. • Monitor Work for Us team processes to ensure the systems in place run smoothly and make amendments where required. This also includes assisting to monitor registration board requirements and amend our processes to reflect these changes.
