I identified an advertising and marketing deficiency in the largest U.S Metropolitan area, New York City. It inspired me to create a website called LivingFreeNYC.com that primarily focused on advertising free and discounted events to a population of 19 million people. Securing mutually beneficial partnerships with companies large and small, helped the website grow exponentially year after year. I was able to create a workable marketing strategy tailored for each business to generate the maximum consumer impact. These companies included diverse categories such as:Music- Universal Music Group and Island Def JamTelevision- NBC, Oxygen, MTV, Comedy Central and FoxTech- GoogleMiscellaneous- 7-11, Carvel, Dyson, Hertz Connect , various local businessesIn 2011, served as the official host of "The Glee Project" Premiere Party that featured the entire cast.Succeeded in establishing effective brand development methods and sustainable growth. This was achieved by:Implementing creative strategies on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and Linked-in in the promotion of vendor events. Creating a cross social media platform strategy that has exceeded 15K Twitter followers, 2K Facebook fans and increased annual site views to over 60%.Conducting site analysis to determine the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns and user experience.

Developed and executed media events to create brand awareness, most notably securing a partnership with Jim Hanley's Comics to host a "Free Comic Book Day event and a strategic maneuver for more notable exposure by securing a presence at NY Comic Con.Expanded the company's presence in the community, through an interactive marketing campaign that focused on hosting various shows and events.Routinely conducted market research of all multi-media outlets to determine product gaps and recommended alternate avenues and areas for improvement.
