Serving as TFP's first Executive Director. Founded in October 2004, TFP is a community organized food pantry that serves residents of Tualatin, Durham, Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Wilsonville. Clients are able to access emergency foods boxes with up to five days’ worth of food and personal supplies twice per month. One Saturday per month, a bonus food market allows clients to access a third distribution of food supplies. As a partner agency of the Oregon Food Bank, we work together to eliminate hunger and its root causes because we believe that no one should go hungry.Responsibilities include: Professional management of TFP, fundraising, marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Specializing in non-profit fundraising, organizational development, and proposal development. Select clients include: Farmers Market Fund, Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend, SnowCap, Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO), Entitled Futures, and Pacific Research and Evaluation.

New leader of a twenty year old organization. Founded in 2000, The Blosser Center for Dyslexia Resources is the only independent, non-profit center in the Northwest accredited by the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators. We are dedicated to helping children and adults achieve their literacy potential. Responsibilities included: leading fundraising and management responsibilities for 20 staff, school-year and summer programs, and an organization budget of $350,000.

In this role I, lead the development of proposals; lead the development, design, and production of marketing materials; managed and maintained the website.

Lead fundraiser raising more than $1.7M in support of Open School programs. Served as a member of the Executive Team and the Leadership Team. Responsible for rebuilding the development team and hiring/training three direct reports. Refined annual fundraising gala resulting in greater revenue and reduced expenses.

Lead fundraiser and project manager for the Simon Benson Awards, Dinner, PSU’s signature event.  With an audience of more than 1,500 guests this is one of the largest fundraising galas in Portland. The event raised over a $1 million dollars annually and featured a high-profile keynote speaker (2013 speak Anderson Cooper, 2014 speaker Secretary Leon E. Fundraising position responsible for supporting the Simon Benson Awards Dinner and Viking Pavilion Capital campaign. Duties included fundraising solicitations, supporting major gift fundraising, donor engagement, data management, and fiscal oversight.

External relations position responsible for supporting development and communications in the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science. Duties included support of major gift fundraising campaigns, annual fund activity, special events, donor engagement, data management, and website management. Served on an extra duty assignment to support the 2010 and 2011 Simon Benson Awards Dinner.
