With over 10 years of experience in education and non-profit sectors, I am passionate about empowering young people through learning and development. As a Talent Development Specialist at Pace Center for Girls, I provide high-quality competency and skill related training to over 500 employees across multiple locations, using in-person, virtual, and hybrid platforms.My core competencies include attention to detail, staff development, and communication skills. I leverage my background in educational leadership, literacy coaching, and psychology to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with the organization's mission and values. I hold a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida. I am also certified by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a Training and Facilitation Professional.
