I really enjoy using the collective intelligence of the MT to carry out plans and to achieve efficient growth.As head of the OBI Insights team, I am directly managing a team of six professionals and P&L.

I am currently responsible for the development of OBI Brand Monitor (in this product we offer monitoring, analysing, reporting, publishing and many more) and new monitoring products of OBI4wan. In my role I help and manage the development team to make sure we keep developing innovative features and that we fix the bugs. I do this by managing the backlog.

As team lead of the OBI Insights team, I am the connection between my team and the rest of the organisation (horizontally and vertically). In this role I am responsible for overviewing the well-being of the team and our clients.

As part of the OBI Insights team, I am an expert in online and offline media monitoring and reputation management. In this role I am responsible for (in-depth) big data research & analyses. Also, I fulfil a more strategic role for our clients. I do this working closely with our Sales and Client Consultants team. Overall, we perform for our diverse customer.

Buzzcapture is an international award winning reputation management agency based in Amsterdam and Berlin. Buzzcapture monitors and analyses online news, social media (internal social media such as Yammer included) and offline channels such as RTV and print media. In doing so, we support various departments that want structural insight into relevant.

At the Customer Care department of VvAA we are maintaining contact with customers, process optimisation and calendar management. For two years in a row I have helped out with a qualitative study on the in- and outflow of health insurance customers. Another part of my job is to help out with information events for various departments of the company.

Leading Talent focuses on the recruitment of starting commercial talents, who are interested in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) branche. Nacht van de Fooi is an annual student initiative during which catering establishments (including bars and restaurants) in the fourteen participating cities donate their tips to charity. My responsibility was to manage and obtain acquisition and help my board.

As Team Captain I was responsible for a team of ten to fifteen people. I had to keep them motivated to recruit donors. The companies we worked for included: WWF, Save the Children, Nierstichting Nederland, KWF.
