I am the founder and Managing Director of ProcessWorx in Perth, Western Australia. I am passionate about helping businesses with their human resources (HR) and work, health and safety (WHS). In particular I have a great interest in the agriculture industry. I have travelled extensively for my career working across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States in management, industrial relations and more recently work, health and safety positions. The past ten years I have been building ProcessWorx.In 2012 I founded ProcessWorx, to offer smaller organisations HR and WHS expertise, systems, and support that are typically only available to corporations and government. ProcessWorx now specialises in providing HR and WHS consulting and packages to business that cannot justify their own HR and Safety professionals. Whilst we work across all industries, Agriculture is our specialist area.ProcessWorx is unique in that it offers clients access to our software ProcessWorxShield as well as a high level of HR and WHS personalised and pragmatic support from our experience HR and WHS professionals. This means clients receive all the benefits of a software solution as well as always having a professional to help ensure they are meeting all their obligations under the Fair Work Act and Work, Health & Safety Act.I have been married for nearly 30 years to Mike and have three children (Henry, Charlotte and Oliver). I love catching up with my family and friends and love dogs, especially our lovely labradoodle.
