Current- Enters and monitors customer orders and acts on order fulfillment issues
- Prepares customer invoices
- Validates and maintains pricing for customer orders
- Carries out terms of sales agreement (such as rebates, payment/Inco terms, taxes)
- Proactively makes collection calls and identifies and acts on account receivable issues
- Initiates customer complaint resolution process and participates in the resolution of customer service complaints
