Current• Enters and monitors customer orders and acts on order fulfillment issues• Prepares customer invoices • Validates and maintains pricing for customer orders• Carries out terms of sales agreement (such as rebates, payment/Inco terms, taxes) • Proactively makes collection calls and identifies and acts on account receivable issues• Initiates customer complaint resolution process and participates in the resolution of customer service complaints• Proactively monitors rail shipments and contacts customers to reduce railcar hold times• Proactively monitors shipment and consumption information (such as vendor management inventory, consignment, and extended supply chain interface) and identifies and acts on issues• Concurrently serves as CX Administrator, performing all required tasks and responsibilities as previously outlined
