Salesforce Support Specialist
Current- Provide timely and effective technical support to Salesforce users via variouscommunication channels (e.g., help desk tickets, email, chat, phone) in a professionaland courteous manner- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, including user access, dataintegrity, system functionality, and user errors- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, customer support, and billing, toaddress Salesforce-related inquiries and issues- Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce, including user management,security settings, data management, workflow automation, reports and dashboards- Help with data cleansing, data migration, and data quality initiatives to ensure accurateand up-to-date data within Salesforce- Participate in Salesforce system upgrades and enhancements, including testing,documentation, and user training- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and providerecommendations for system improvements- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Business Applications Team or otherstakeholders
