I had several roles and worked across many functional teams, bringing together key global constituents across IBM Systems division to launch, build and support the IBM eServer brand. Working across agencies, we developed 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness as well as deliver strategic deliverables and messaging for targeted demand generation. My favorite part of my time at IBM was in developing strong relationships with global stakeholders and creating efficiencies in collaboration and communications that led to improved execution and increased adoption of campaigns. I learned how to be self-directed, resourceful, adapt to changing requirements, manage diverse expectations and effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization to meet objectives and deadlines.
