I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman Research Institute at the Baycrest Academy for Research and Education and a trainee affiliate of the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging. I completed my PhD in Psychological Science at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2023. My research focuses on the evaluation of a community-based, personalized dementia risk reduction program at the Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health and Wellness at Baycrest. I also have a broader interest in the biological, psychological, and social predictors of brain health with aging, with a specific focus on lifespan experiences of stress. I am especially committed to knowledge translation and exchange by bringing the science of healthy aging into the community (https://www.wisdomexchangeproject.com/).
