Assigned to previous NF/Fidelity team as a Business Project Manager reporting to VP of Technical Services within the Client Experience Division. Major responsibilities include management of VMWARE / Windows 2003 Web & File Server, and the creation / maintenance of 1,700+ file team website using (x)html, css and javascript. Employee scheduling to ensure appropriate call center coverage. Analytics and trend reporting experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Frontpage and Adobe Dreamweaver.

Provide (external) Technical Support to NF Broker Dealer correspondents, back office personnel, and customers. Major supported systems include Streetscape, myStreetscape, Reuters, trade queries, reporting, and print/file transmissions.

Hired upon recommendation into the Systems Associate Program (SAP). Assigned as a Remote Support Technician for FESCo to handle second level support calls and ticket escalations for remote-able hardware and software issues. Additional responsibilities included Account administration and Active Directory transition support. Selected as a project member of a highly visible Integration team to assist with large division merge.

Support of all desktop hardware and software for approx. 400 RE Professionals via in person, telephone, and email inquiries. Creation of new Process Manuals for New PC setup, including Ghosting, System Configuration, and User Configuration. Short time span due to opportunity to enter Systems Associate Program with Fidelity Investments in October 2003.

This combines many positions with similar (internal support) job functions. My career at Fidelity Investments started as an Intern, and advanced into a Contract roles as a desktop technician for TSS / FISC. Major responsibilities included providing second level technical support to approximately 2500 workstations in a fast-paced environment by paged ticket system. Additional tasks included management of technician duties, account administration, desktop automation, and project assistance to company wide XP rollout.
