My career at Fidelity Investments started as an Intern, and advanced into a Contract roles as a desktop technician for TSS / FISC. Major responsibilities included providing second level technical support to approximately 2500 workstations in a fast-paced environment by paged ticket system. Additional tasks included management of technician duties, account administration, desktop automation, and project assistance to company wide XP rollout.
