This role saw Danielle involved in key activities across executive search and advertised recruitment, and in leading the practices' research-related activities. Specifically, this included responsibility for developing and implementing recruitment strategies for the search and selection of executives and professional staff across a wide range of functions including technical, sales and marketing, general management, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, finance and accounting, administration, contact centre and retail operations.

This role saw Danielle involved in leading a number of teams within a diverse contact centre environment, which provided the University with all switchboard services, information to local students and other stakeholders about all of RMIT’s programs, Admissions-related services, and a specialist hotline for customer service issues. In addition, Danielle held key roles in a number of steeering committees and project teams addressing replacement of the RMIT PABX network, implementation of CRM strategies and tools, development of an online calendar system, refurbishment of the RMIT website, and development of a single, comprehensive staff directory linked to universal login and business workflow.
