I began my working career organizing activities for various Camps and Day Care Facilities that operated within Oakhurst United Methodist. I worked directly with the Youth Director and acted as a trusted chaperone for youth outings and out of state missions trips. From there I went into the hospitality industry to supplement college. I took on the role of Retail Associate, and while I did assist in day to day restaurant operations, my title was more focused on inventory monitoring, online PayPal orders and developing the company website. In my time at The Conch Republic, I won the award of Most Improved, as I came to the business as a high school hostess and left as an Inventory Guru! My love of clerical roles and organization led me to Wells Fargo, where I held the position of Lead Teller. The role of lead teller encompassed many tasks, from handling difficult monetary situations to scheduling the teller line. My current path takes me to RiSE dispensaries (parent company is Green Thumb Industries) , where I'm looking to drive my career towards laboratory work. Currently, I handle incoming medical marijuana patients, help them with consultations, product questions and referrals. I've also obtained a vast knowledge of cannabis law and culture in such a short amount of time. I'm attending Saint Petersburg College for my Associates in Arts and have a graduation date of December 2019. I intend to pursue my bachelors of arts in environmental sustainability and geology at the University of Florida.
