I began my career with SuretyBonds.com at its inception in 2009 as the founder and CEO's second-ever hire. At the time I was a junior in college writing website content from scratch and developing SEO initiatives that furthered the brand's online presence, increased traffic, and optimized lead generation. After graduating from the University of Missouri in 2011, I spent 4 years developing, implementing, and managing countless projects that furthered the company's brand awareness across a multitude of platforms while still driving increased traffic that converted leads and new business premium at a higher rate year-over-year.As our small start-up grew at an exponential rate, I was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2013 to help our CEO maximize the company's growth potential. Whether recruiting, hiring or training; planning events or managing HR paperwork; conducting monthly department meetings or meeting with our carrier markets, every day since has presented opportunities that challenge me to learn, grow, and develop in ways I never knew possible. My current passions are streamlining employee training, discovering business opportunities based on customized reports, and outlining workflow initiatives for our internal software development team.
