About Dani Chang

I began my professional career as an assistant to the sales desk at a small real estate securities company, Triple Net Properties. When Triple Net merged with Grubb & Ellis, I moved into a project management role, helping to execute large company events while developing both training and sales materials for a multitude of real estate professionals. I then became the (only) Training Specialist for the company. My career with Grubb culminated with a transition into an HR Specialist role. The HR role lent itself to aiding in my transition over to CyberCoders. I initially started to build out training for the company, as there wasn't any formalized training to speak of. However, I quickly realized that they did not have an actual HR department, so I offered to help with some aspects of that as well. I ended up writing the first iteration of the Company Handbook and set up the mandatory Harassment training. As Training Manager, I went on to develop and facilitate multiple programs across the organization.I'm now working with a fantastic L&D team at Blizzard. My first year and a half here was primarily focused on learning initiatives for our over 1,000 engineers. I've since been asked to re-launch our Blizzard onboarding programs and join the team that is responsible for management and leadership training.
