I am often the first port of call for our customers and an ambassador for Hub’s ‘client comes first’ approach to business. My background in customer service and management makes me ideally placed to take on the role of training our teams in client liaison and care. Before joining Hub I spent a large part of my career working in the banking sector. This has given me a strong grounding in accounting and compliance enabling me to assist our teams and our clients with registration for the Feed-In Tariff, accreditation paperwork and finance. I am a good communicator and my organisational skills ensure the office runs smoothly and our teams have the administrative support they need to keep projects moving.
