Evaluate the need for process improvements, identify shortfalls, issues, and complaints in our current business processes. Implement and support the implementation of new business processes. Implement or support the implementation of new equipment, techniques, and platforms. Participate in strategic planning sessions to set goals for improvement initiatives. Participate and lead initiatives related to forecast and budget preparation and execution.
