In addition, managed the Supply network's Talent Acquisition team of 6 regional talent acquisition managers and 1 coordinator, which provided strategic partnership to the entire North American Chocolate Supply function to effectively and efficiently advise the function on all of its full life cycle recruitment needs.

As part of the internal consulting and special projects team, managed projects focused on implementing efficient business models, increasing organizational effectiveness, and providing general strategic consulting to the business.

Consulted and advised client groups in the design of their compensation plans. Managed the market pay and benefits survey participation process for Mars US units and the benchmarking process for manager and non-exempt/hourly positions. Managed the administration of the bonus and merit payment programs for Mars US. Acted as the job evaluation (Hay) process lead. Managed all compensation systems.

Performed HR generalist duties including the yearly salary administration process for US, overseeing the company service awards program and performing full cycle recruiting and interviewing for various corporate positions. Special projects included developing and implementing an MBA Leadership Development recruiting program and assisting with the corporate organization review process focused on performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
