Part of the Analytics & AI team helping organisations make data-driven decisions through digital transformation, machine learning and artificial intelligence modelling techniques. Experienced in data analytics and transformation projects across rail, aviation, utilities, telecommunications, public sector, defence and supply chain.

• Regularly act as the data analysis/decision-support tool lead across projects in the rail, water, telecoms and energy sectors• Developed and implemented a suite of VBA/Power BI-based decision-support tools to drive clients’ software readiness in alignment with best practices prescribed by HM Treasury’s Green Book, including tools for bottom-up whole-life costing, cost-benefit analysis and multi-criteria analysis• Conducted diagnostic exercises to assess clients’ whole-lifecycle cost modelling capabilities and presented sets of improvement actions in alignment with industry best practice and clients’ bespoke business requirements• Identified cost-saving and optimisation opportunities for asset investment portfolios to meet regulatory period funding constraints• Designed risk quantification and visualization methodologies to assist clients in understanding the risk profile of their asset investment portfolios against their pre-defined risk appetite.
