Strategy & Planning/Sales Operations
Current- Lead and manage the Global PC/Print Product Pricing, Service Pricing, and Business Intelligence Teams (450 employees). Supporting over 925 Sales Reps and 750 partners in the Americans.- Drive pricing teams to work closely with cross functional partners to achieve and exceed targeted margins.- Elevate the pricing team's value proposition to the organization through continued operational and strategic excellence.- Lead the development of complex modeling and analysis to set pricing that aligns with and exceeds organizational goals.- Led and influenced the AMS Separation of the PC/Print from the Enterprise/Software/Service businesses.- Led a P/L Forecasting Improvement Project across Planning, Sales, Category, Supply Chain and Finance.- Led and supported multiple AMS Routes To Market (RTM) projects.
