The management and delivery of Insight & Research activity, coordinating work undertaken to support the delivery of corporate research priorities, line managing Research Coordinators and supervising Research Officers and other colleagues.Undertaking complex corporate research and information analysis to support the delivery of the Commissioning Cycle and the Council’s Operating Model, including responsibility for the management of complex projects.Completing tasks associated with setting up, planning and managing insight work in conjunction with Research Manager(s) and leading on corporate research and analysis including the collation of primary research with service users and broader communities.Leading on the design and deliver complex quantitative and qualitative research work or projects as required to support corporate priorities and taking responsibility for setting up and managing external fieldwork requirements, including liaising with external contractors.
