During my time at Berkshire Bank as a wealth management operations associate, I was able to learn a great deal about working with external clients. I managed clients' accounts and was responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the bank's top priority members. I was put in charge of executing weekly and monthly reports to ensure all back-end operations ran smoothly.

Working on game days has given me a unique experience to conduct events on a professional baseball field that includes a great deal of customer relationship management. My role focuses heavily on there data analysis aspect of the organization and making recommendation to further optimize profits for the team.

As a communications assistant for the University of Massachusetts Amherst athletics I gained valuable experience in the behind-the-scenes day to day operations of a division I athletics team. I worked with multiple sports teams and have been able to perform multiple roles such as taking game notes for the UMass football team and running social media accounts for the Men's and Women's soccer team. I worked with the scorer's table for the men's and women's basketball games which taught me the skills of doing correct work in a fast-paced environment.

As a flag football official at Umass I learned how to properly communicate and work with my peers in order to make games run smoothly. With the help of the professional staff, I was able to learn the rules of the game with on field experience and further my knowledge with hands on activities. I was able to adapt on the fly and solve problems in the proper way when they arose during game day by defusing any problematic situations and making sure the games were able to continue. By my second year working I was able to work with the new officials and train them to effectively run a smooth operation.
