- Plans, directs and leads the strategic and operational HR initiatives, aligned with corporate objectives to drive business growth, talent retention and organizational development
- Manages organizational compliance with all state, federal and local employment laws and practices.
- Serves as hands-on business partner for employees and managers for various topics (coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement, employment law and disciplinary action).
- Develops and implements policies, programs and training regarding workforce relations matters and employment law.
- Manages the optimization and utilization of HCM software solutions to streamline and automate administrative HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy.
