As a 4th-year Medical Laboratory Science student at Michigan Tech, I’ve had the unique opportunity to apply my skills across diverse fields, including EMS, residential education, research, and leadership. From leading campus emergency medical responses as an EMS Lieutenant to fostering student success in biology and chemistry as a Learning Center Coach, I thrive in dynamic environments that demand quick thinking, precision, and a passion for helping others.In my role as Senior Resident Assistant, I've helped mentor a team of 10 RAs, who oversee the well-being of 400+ residents across two buildings, all while ensuring the completion of educational programs and compliance with safety standards. My experience extends beyond leadership, with hands-on experience in organic chemistry and medical laboratories.Throughout my work, whether managing shifts at McDonald's or providing academic coaching, I’ve honed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. These experiences have shaped me into a versatile professional capable of adapting to various challenges.
