Performed electrical characterization on high-performance leadframe and BGA-type packages. Performed parasitic measurements using three main methodologies: Time Domain Reflectometry, Vector Network Analysis and LCZ Impedance Analysis. Also performed parasitic simulation/verification using software tools such as 3-D field solvers.
