As Chancellor within Delta Sigma Pi I helped to coordinate and drive effective discussion during Fraternity meetings, teaching me to value everyone's opinion and ensure all concerns are heard.

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Mellow Mushroom, I assist in supervising and training kitchen staff of up to fifteen individuals spread across six stations, multiple days a week, all while monitoring food quality, labor cost, safety, and proper sanitation in all stations. Additionally, I manage back of house operations during some weekday services, bringing in an average of $15,000 in sales a day. I am also responsible for receiving, organizing, and ensuring accuracy of weekly truck deliveries with up to $18,000 in product. I was also fortunate enough to have the opportunity to assist in training back of house staff during the initial opening of the restaurant, which is now the #1 company store in sales.

As a Lead Line Cook at The Place I help to ensure the restaurant functions in an effective and enjoyable manner for customers. I help to do this by adapting quickly to changing objectives and possessing the ability to work well under pressure. Kitchen work also involves being able to react to unforeseen problems quickly and efficiently as well as having the knowledge of where to position myself to best benefit a team. Working in one of the most successful and popular restaurants in Athens also means that I need to have the ability to learn new skills quickly and on a daily basis in an effort to become a more efficient member of the kitchen. I've also had the pleasure of being named Employee of the quarter in 2019.

As a Caterer with the University of Georgia I assist in setting up events for university functions while ensuring quality presentation and service. I help to promote teamwork, communication, and forward thinking to avoid problems before they arise and also exemplify strong people skills to relate and converse with customers and give the university a better reputation. Part of my responsibilities as a student supervisor include overseeing events and being the point of contact for any customer issues, as well as making on-the-fly decisions when the need arises.

As a Data Assistant with IDM Global Holdings I helped to modernize property documents in the Bahamas by converting data from a legacy system to a centralized database. Required strong attention to detail to ensure documents were uploaded correctly, as well as an extensive understanding of formatting policies to reinforce personal judgment decisions whenever they arose.

As Ethics Chair within Delta Sigma Pi I served as the point of contact for any internal-fraternal conflicts or concerns. Teaching me a great deal about conflict mitigation and resolution while also improving my listening skills and allowing me to give back to an organization that has given me so much.

Helped to keep the kitchen in running order during day to day operations by allocating resources to complete tickets in an effective manner. As kitchen assistant and head of the grill I was responsible for making sure orders left the kitchen promptly and correctly, while also ensuring an adequate amount of food was prepped for future use.
