Unix Access ManagementWorking on a company-wide information security Unix access account remediation project where I served as the technical lead. I’ve developed extensive UNIX scripts, SQL scripts, and Excel reports in support of the project. I developed strategies and procedures to assist three junior technicians I supervised. The project was high profile and I met with multiple of department managers and technicians to discuss remediation.

My Responsibilities included preventative and corrective maintenance, database configurations, integration, and acceptance of computer systems including Motorola Radio access network, Nortel (Ericsson) MTX/DMS 250 , Comverse voicemail, Tellabs Titan 5500, cisco routers, UNIX servers, Alcatel 1631 DCS, Alcatel-Lucent 5ESS and 7750 routers, ALU media gateway (MG), media gateway controller (MGC), ALU LTE, SAM and WPS. I interfaced daily with cell techs, RF engineers, design engineers, and product mangers. Latest position as Core switch technician working on all Alcatel-Lucent (ALU) and Nortel/Ericsson wireless network switches, routers, and DCS's in SC, NC, VA,MD, DC, PA, and NJ.

I served on The USS James Monroe SSBN submarine as a computer Fire Control Technician from September 1986 to July 1988 where my responsibilities included maintenance and repair of the missile control center computer systems. Prior to that, I completed 21 months of Navy electronics "A" and "C" Schools from 1985 - 1986. After my tour on board the USS James Monroe, I was on shore duty at the Polaris Missile Facility where my responsibilities included receipt, inspection, testing, certification, storage, and shipment of missile guidance systems.
