CurrentMicrosoft expert software advisor supporting internal and external customers with all facets of their software solution needs. Maintain expertise in all Microsoft solutions and product acquisition programs. Aligns the right resource to the right teams to successfully support clients and grow business profitably. My responsibilities include training and enabling account managers to effectively qualify and discuss new opportunities within their respective client base, customer and account manager education of Microsoft products and licensing programs, contract entry and ongoing management of agreements, ensuring on-time renewal of existing agreements, and other intricacies relevant to the Microsoft product portfolio.
